This zine was created to give insight to the struggles of identity most biracial people go through, which is the struggle of knowing ones place in the world and where they fit in. With the use of photographs from a young age to photographs of present day, this zine highlights the journey from the sense of loss and confusion to a sense of self discovery of a biracial person.
The use of distortion and photo manipulation in this zine emulates the sense of loss and confusion. The present day photographs were taken using film photography to add to the grungy aesthetic of the zine.
